Truth in Masquerade
An exploration through puppet masks of our varied human responses to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Created for and shown in The Second Floor Corridor Gallery at Coffman Union in Winter 2021/2022. Made only with materials already in the studio including cardboard, masking tape, hot glue, acrylic wall paint, tempera paint, chalk pastel, pipes, mirror, horticultural sand.
Explorations in Packaging
The honeycomb texture and movement of this packaging material was compelling.
