HOW I WORK
(aka Get it All Done)
When approaching a project, I follow these steps:

PLAN – Determine the timeline, the scope of the project, and the resources needed.

BUILD – For design work I do, create the concepts. For work my designers will handle, determine the team for the project.

LEAD – Work with the team to ensure that key milestones are met, that everyone knows their responsibilities and is able to accomplish their tasks, mediate when conflict arises, and track and communicate progress.

PRODUCE – Get my hands busy in the files or the studio to make sure everything is meeting standards for production and completion.

ANALYZE – Request feedback from all players. Evaluate process for improvement for next project.
Sarah has the perfect touch. She asked exactly the right questions to help me define my aesthetic and my goals, and she gave me fantastic choices throughout the design process. I couldn’t be happier with the whole process. She is a delight to work with and I’m thrilled with the results.
