HOW I WORK
(aka Get it All Done)
When approaching a project, I follow these steps:
PLAN – Determine the timeline, the scope of the project, and the resources needed.
BUILD – For design work I do, create the concepts. For work my designers will handle, determine the team for the project.
LEAD – Work with the team to ensure that key milestones are met, that everyone knows their responsibilities and is able to accomplish their tasks, mediate when conflict arises, and track and communicate progress.
PRODUCE – Get my hands busy in the files or the studio to make sure everything is meeting standards for production and completion.
ANALYZE – Request feedback from all players. Evaluate process for improvement for next project.
